Business Analyst with Risk Management experience (Actuarial and BPM)

As a Business Analyst you will be a building member of a strongly growing, result driven IT Company. The company is located nearby Amsterdam and consists of a team of about 50 developers, testers, business analysts and software engineers. You will be working in a small, informal and pleasant atmosphere with more than 12 different nationalities. The company designs, modifies, develops, maintains and improves software systems and application for major financial institutions in the Netherlands and other European countries. As a Business Analyst you will be working with the clients to gather and classify requirements of the business and ensuring agreement on system principles. Business Analysts will also be designing and defining system to serve new purposes or to advance work flow. You will be producing gap analysis reports and write other functional requirements specifications. Furthermore, you will be assisting with system design to meet business requirements. Business Analysts will be a part of sales phase by providing input into the proposal. You will be expected to become an expert on the project to serve as a source for members of the development team.

_University education in Business or other IT related education;
_3 years+ experience in financial services;
_5 years+ experience in client related analyst position;
_Experienced in risk management (Actuarial and BPM);
_Experienced in requirements management and/or process modeling;
_Experienced knowledge of modern methodologies such as UML, RUP, DSDM and SOX-compliance;
