mr Roman Adjmal Amir - Founder

Roman Adjmal Amir has a Masters Degree in European and International Law. He spent his first few professional years as an Immigration Specialist. Roman helped many Netherlands based companies with the recruitment and immigration of employees from outside the country. In the beginning of 2009, he established Salian Recruitment because of the need for a specialist agency which could make international recruitment fast, easy and affordable. He has successfully recruited professionals from countries such as Bulgaria, India, the Netherlands, Romania, UK and Ukraine. He is one of the main contact points for companies seeking advice about international recruitment and is considered as an expert by his clients.

mr David B. Maxwell - Senior Consultant

With a Masters Degree in Business from Columbia University in New York, David has a wide variety of experiences in various fields and many countries. David has helped companies to expand their businesses in North America and Europe and consulted on recruitment, immigration, business expansion and more. As a Senior Consultant, David is responsible for major accounts and general consulting within Salian Recruitment.  

mr Iulian Dima - Recruitment Consultant

With a background in Psychology and a passion for IT and new technologies Iulian has more than 4 years of experience in IT recruitment. He is Salian's regional recruiter for Eastern Europe (Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia etc) and Middle East (UAE). So far, Iulian has recruited for various IT positions like IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, IT specialists technical and functional (SAP, Navision and other ERP and CRM Consultants), Administrators on special technologies (HP-UX, IBM-AIX, Novell etc), Programmers in various technologies (C and C++, PHP, JAVA, .NET), Engineers (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical), Technical Account Manager (Hardware or Software), Branch Manager, Technical Team Lead etc.

mr Edgar J. Indarto - Recruitment Consultant

Edgar Indarto is an experienced Recruitment and Business Development consultant whose expertise lies in developing the potential within individuals and businesses in order to maximize their performance and bottom line results. He has held recruitment and business development positions in leading global consultancy firms, where he was responsible for launching new businesses. Edgar has cross sector Mobile Development, Banking and Financial Services experience and has worked with both national and multi-national organizations. Edgar has a LLM in Law.

Sahar Wahedi - Junior Consultant

As a Junior Consultant, Sahar is responsible for recruitment, immigration and 30% rulings applications within Salian Recruitment.
