Recruitment Process

Defining the need

It is essential for us to get to know you, your company culture and have a detailed job description before we can commence searching for candidates. This will make our search for the right candidates more efficient. It will also save your company precious time and effort as we will be able to only present candidates that meet all criteria and fit within your company culture.

Candidate search

Once we fully understand your needs, we will decide which methods to use for attracting the right candidates. Depending on your requirements, we deploy a combination of the following search-channels:

  • Internal database;
  • External databases;
  • International databases;
  • Direct search;
  • Network search;
  • Advertising;
  • Social network search.

Depending on whether you want to employ local or non-local employees, we can search for the candidates in the following groups:

  • Locals;
  • Expats;
  • EU national;
  • Non-EU nationals (mostly from India, USA, Canada, Ukraine, South Africa).

Selection process

We will draw up an initial short list of potential candidates and interview each applicant to determine their suitability for the job. Local candidates will be interviewed in our office in Amsterdam. Non-local candidates recruited from abroad will be interviewed by our recruiters in their country. If we do not have a recruiter present in a certain place, we will interview the candidate trough video conferencing. The purpose of a detailed interview is to extract important information from the candidate. This will enable us to assess candidates’ motivations, ambitions and commitment to the job.

Interview and offer process

Once you have decided to invite one or more candidates for an interview, we will stay in close contact with you and the candidate. This will ensure that all communication is done properly in this vital stage of the procedure. We will communicate all information between you and the candidate until the contract offer. If you are offering a contract to a non-local candidate, the contract may have a provision stating that the contract will only be enacted after all work- and residency permits have been obtained.

Relocation process (only for non-local candidates)

After the job proposal has been signed by both parties we will proceed starting one or more of the following procedures (depending on your requirements and the location of the candidate)

  • Entry visa candidate;
  • Entry visa family;
  • Residency- / work permit;
  • 30% Tax Benefit Ruling;
  • BSN / Sofinummer.

Repeat business

Upon completion of an assignment we follow up with you as well as with the candidate to evaluate the result of the recruitment procedure. We would like to receive feedback from your side and use it to improve and customize our future services.
